This highly regarded and well established self licensed advice firm based in the west suburbs of Brisbane is known for putting their clients’ needs and goals at the heart of their business, allowing them to develop a solid and loyal client base. They are known for providing outstanding holistic financial advice to a wide range of clients. Due to recent growth, the team is looking for a Financial Adviser to join the company’s journey and play a key part in their long term success.

About the role

In this Financial Adviser role you will be responsible for providing strategic holistic advice to both new and existing clients, ranging from mom & dads, wealth accumulators, and high net worth individuals. You will build strong relationships with Accounting firms and Mortgage Brokers who work closely with the business as referral partners and provide them with warm leads. You will have full paraplanning and administrative support and your focus will be on developing the client base and building strong client relationships.

This role will suit a Financial Adviser who recently completed their Professional Year and looking to grow their career.

Demonstrated skills

• 1 - 2 years experience working as a Financial Adviser (AR)
• Strong strategic and business mindset
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Great understanding of compliance frameworks in the advice industry
• FASEA education requirements
